Jim brings nearly 20 years of consulting, project management, facilitation and management experience to Expert Choice (EC). An expert in the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology, Jim leads EC’s consulting and training practice. He has consulted and/or facilitated meetings with numerous senior executives in commercial and government environments to apply the AHP to their project portfolio, Voice of the Customer, risk, and vendor selection challenges, among other types of decisions. In addition to his consulting role, Jim also leads training services at EC and has more than 2,000 people on EC software products.
